SHIPPING POLICY
Red Truck Productions apparel is made to order. Each item is produced specifically for your order before it is packaged and shipped.
U.S. SHIPPING RATES
Standard Shipping: $7.99
Orders of $125 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
The free-shipping threshold is based on the qualifying order value shown at checkout. Discounts may affect whether an order qualifies for free shipping.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Because our products are made to order, please allow time for production and fulfillment before your order ships.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, Standard Shipping is generally estimated at 5–8 business days in transit. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Some orders may be fulfilled from more than one facility or shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers for the same order. You will not be charged additional shipping simply because we fulfill an order in multiple packages.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Red Truck Productions cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters production or fulfillment.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, for damaged shipments, photos showing the condition of the package and product when possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Red Truck Productions currently ships within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
