"SHOP & WIN!" T-Shirt Giveaway — Official Rules
1. Sponsor. Red Truck Productions, West Springfield, MA ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, or Printful.
2. Entry period. The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on Friday, October 30, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, November 5, 2026 (the "Entry Period").
3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible.
4. How to enter — two methods, equal chances. (a) Purchase entry: Any completed, paid order placed on redtruckproductions.store during the Entry Period receives one (1) entry automatically. There is no minimum purchase amount. Cancelled or refunded orders do not count. (b) Free entry: Complete the free entry form on the giveaway page (name and email address). No purchase is necessary to enter. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
5. Entry limit. One (1) entry per person and per email address, total, across both entry methods. If a person enters by both methods, duplicate entries will be removed before the drawing.
6. Prize. One (1) Red Truck Productions T-shirt of the winner's choice — any current T-shirt design, size, and color (T-shirts only; hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, and V-necks are excluded) — including free US shipping. Approximate retail value: $37.98 ($29.99 + $7.99 shipping). The prize will be fulfilled by a one-time discount code sent to the winner. No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.
7. Drawing. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on Friday, November 6, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner notification and claiming. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification with their T-shirt design, size, and color selection. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner will be drawn. The winner's first name and last initial may be announced on the Sponsor's website, email, and social media.
9. General conditions. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity. The Sponsor's decisions are final. By entering, entrants agree to these rules.
10. Privacy. Entry information will be used to administer the giveaway and contact the winner. Entrants who check the optional email-list box on the free entry form consent to receive marketing emails and may unsubscribe at any time. Free entrants who do not check the box will not be added to the marketing list.
